- Notes: 5/5. Hesitant to rate this as a 5, but I was hurting. Didn't have a whole lot of energy so just had to chip away a little bit at a time.
- Body: Lats are still pretty tight from monday, haven't done that many pullups in a while. Today probably won't help. Didn't sleep too well last night for whatever reason so I will catch up tonight.
