- Notes: 4/5. Solid day in the pool, really pushed it on the sprints and was hitting my times. I've found that doing a "half" second pull - pulling to the armpit rather than to the hip - is a lot more efficient on the shorter fast stuff.
- Body: Legs are pretty beat up. Good overall though.
