- Notes: 3/5. Back in Colorado so will be back on a semi-normal training schedule. Found a good 9-10 week training program from a NSW mentor so I will be working on that while working on my PST.
- Body: Ankle is feeling normal and everything else is good. Lungs are probably gonna be hurting for the next week or so while I get back into training up here.
